Helfrich Brokerage Services Inc., located in Wesley Chapel, Florida is a General Agency working for independent insurance agents active in level-funding group health and fully insured group ancillary products.  Including individual dental and short term medical products.

General Agent, Paul Helfrich, LUTCF brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.  Starting at a third-party administrator in 1985 being cross-trained in all areas including, marketing, underwriting, administration and claims. 

In 1987, Paul opened a new brokerage agency in Tampa, Florida for a general agency from Chicago, Illinois.  Paul started Helfrich Brokerage services in 1995, and has been providing his expertise in health insurance and special services to independent agents since. 

We act as your back room office.  We’ll assist you through the underwriting process and work hard to get your groups issued.  We also assist you after underwriting.  We will submit administration request on your behalf, then we track and document files, so nothing ever slips through the cracks.  It is our goal to provide our independent agents with every resource and tool needed to better serve your clients.
